Return/Replacement Policy
All items are considered final sale. Returns are not accepted. With that being said, if your order arrives defective, please let us know.
Damage claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order.
The following Damage Criteria is used to determine if an order qualifies for a replacement:
Books
What qualifies as damaged?
- Obvious rips and tears in the pages or dust jackets.
- Dents in the book edges, spine, and corners over 2 cm in depth.
- Residue on the dust jacket or pages that cannot be removed.
- Water damage.
- Obvious emboss imperfections such as flaking, scuffs, or scratches over 2 cm.
- No signature when there should be.
- Parts/Pages missing
What does not qualify as damaged?
- Bends, creases, or light scratches on the pages or dust jackets.
- Wavy pages.
- Minimal creasing on book edges, spine, or corners.
- Minor scratches or bleeding on sprayed edges.
- Slightly blurry stencilled sprayed edges
- Slightly faded foiling
- Loose dust jackets
- Shelf wear - minor dulling/fading
Note that books are printed on demand. As such, there may be slight variations from print run to print run. These minor variations to not qualify as damaged.
Merchandise
If merchandise arrives broken, we will replace it. Please reach out within 7 days of receipt. If 7 business days have passed since tracking shows delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
